I absolutely hate having my teeth worked on. I am a total baby. Dr Johnson and her staff were wonderful at making me feel as comfortable as possible. I found them to be very warm and genuine. Dr Johnson was very professional. She took the time to discuss/explain to me my x-ray results, choices of care, plan of care, and future plan of care. I did not feel rushed and/or like I was being pushed out the door for time purposes like at other doctor’s offices. All my questions were answered. When the day arrived to have the work done on my teeth Dr Johnson and her assistant were great at making me feel more at ease. I opted for sedation dentistry ( I highly recommend as well ). Overall, I had a great experience. Well, as great as one can have at a dentist’s office I suppose. As an RN, I know what good patient advocate care, and bedside ( or dentist chair) manner looks like; so that along with all the above attributes is why I would recommend Berry Farms Dental.
